Step 1
To track a postal item, you need to know the postal ID number. Many online stores, when sending goods by mail, indicate the postal ID number of the sent parcel, making it possible to independently track your order. For domestic Russian shipments, it is a fourteen-digit number that is assigned to each specific postal item. The identifier can be found by looking at the check that is issued when the mail is accepted.
Step 2
Now you need to go to the website of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Post" - https://russianpost.ru/. On the main page of the site in the left column under the symbols of the Russian Post there is a heading "Services". In this heading, you need to select the section "Tracking mailings"
Step 3
On the Tracking Mailings page, there is a Search by Mailing ID section. Here we need the identifier number of a specific mail item. Now, in the corresponding field for the number, you need to correctly write all the digits of the postal identifier without brackets and spaces, as a single number.
Step 4
Having entered the number of the postal identifier of your mail item, press the "Find" button. A table appears with all the stages of the passage of your shipment until the moment of delivery.
