In the 21st century, regular postal orders have replaced electronic ones. This service is called CyberMoney. A wide network of post offices throughout Russia has made it possible to organize the country's largest electronic money transfer system. Large, so-called mechanized post offices, have the ability to send and receive electronic money transfers by connecting through secure communication channels with servers. However, despite the advanced technology, there are still few ways for the sender to track the sent postal order.
It is necessary
- - a document proving the identity of the sender;
- - information about the recipient: full name or company name, exact address, PO box number, postal code;
- - money.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill out the postal order form. All fields must be legible, filled in either in block letters or using a printer. Corrections on the form are not allowed. In addition, the destination index is filled with stylized numbers in any ink color except red, yellow and green, as the index is scanned by machines.
Step 2
Indicate the delivery method on the form - to a specific address, on demand or to a post office box.
Step 3
To control the delivery of your shipment, use the additional services of the Russian Post:
- notification of the recipient about the arrival of the money transfer (free of charge);
- sending a text message no more than 70 characters long (free of charge);
- notification of the payment of the postal order to the recipient (extra charge).
Step 4
Russian Post carries out centralized control over the movement of each postal item, which eliminates the possibility of losing money.
However, the current CyberMoney system does not provide for the possibility for the sender to track the movement and receipt of the money transfer on-line, which is a significant drawback.
Therefore, always order a payment notification.
