Step 1
Take a lottery ticket or any other item you want to enlighten the protective layer of. Please note that enlightening, that is, viewing its contents into the light, you are unlikely to succeed. The only thing you can do is very carefully, by prying the edges with a thin flat sharp object, peel off the layer of infrared film and then put it back in place by gluing it with glue. Most often, this works with the protective film of the security codes of the SIM card of the mobile operator, especially if it is printed on paper.
Step 2
Contact the copy centers in your city or any other similar institution, where you will be helped to reapply this film so that no one knows that it was previously erased by you. Finding a contractor for such a task can also be quite difficult, so you can also simply order a similar self-adhesive infrared film from one of the various online stationery stores. Here, too, the difficulty lies in cutting out an exactly identical piece of film and subsequently gluing it back exactly.
Step 3
Please note that some cases of viewing content under a protective film amount to a violation of the fulfillment of the terms of a certain contract. Do not use viewing of content under infrared film for fraudulent purposes, this is all quite easy to calculate and may entail certain liability.
Step 4
If you want to know the content under the film, simply wipe it off with a coin. This is the surest way that does not break any rules. If it was prohibited by a certain person or regulated by the rules of any service, respect them and try not to interfere in other people's affairs, respect the personal space of the people around you and the rules of the services used.
