Many people would not refuse at least once in their life to be in the role of a wizard and amaze others. This desire is quite realizable. Try showing your friends a simple trick. How to do it?

It is necessary

  • - scarf;
  • - wire;
  • - the spoon;
  • - threads and a needle.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare props in advance. Take a handkerchief with a stitched hem. Hide a small, about 7 cm, piece of stiff wire inside this edge near one of the corners. Secure it with threads so that it does not move. Fold up the handkerchief and put it in your pocket. You will also need a metal spoon of any size for focus.

Step 2

Start doing the focus. Tell your buddies that you can catch a little ghost right in front of their eyes and lock it in a handkerchief. Lay out the prepared handkerchief on the table so that the corner with the wire is directed towards the audience. Tuck it and two adjacent corners into the center of the scarf so that you get an open pocket on your side.

Step 3

Make a few passes with your right hand, squeeze your palm and announce that you have just caught a "ghost." Carefully lift the three folded together corners of the pocket with your left hand and pretend to release the ghost there with your right.

Step 4

With your right hand in your pocket, carefully place the vertically prepared wire. Supported by the weight of the fabric, it should be reasonably stable. Make sure of this and remove your hands from the scarf. Finally, wrap the fourth edge of the scarf as if you were “locking” something inside.

Step 5

The general impression should be created as if there really is something inside the scarf. Place your palm on the top of the wire and press lightly. Try not to drop it.

Step 6

The final effect of the presence of something foreign in the scarf will give a light tap with a spoon on the end of the wire. The sound of the impact should convince the audience that you have actually caught the ghost. Then open the handkerchief sharply and let it run away. Show that there is nothing in your hands and a handkerchief.
