Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
Find Brother Metheus in the eastern part of town and receive Metheus's Funeral Jar.
Step 3
Find the remains of Brother Metheus' sister. To do this, you will need to kill the Hangman tree, then take the remains (Kasandra's Remains) to her brother.
Step 4
Travel to Dion Castle Town and find Master Ixia there for poison so Brother Metheus can avenge his sister.
Step 5
Gather the ingredients according to the list given to you by Master Ixia. This list includes 10 Dead Seeker Dung, 10 Nightshade Root, 10 Medusa's Icho, 10 Tyrant's Blood, and 10 Marsh Spider Fluids.
Step 6
Go to Wasteland and find Tyrant Kingpin and Tyrant there. From them you will receive 10 Tyrant's Blood.
Step 7
Head to Cruma swamp. There you will meet Marsh Stakato, Marsh Stakato Worker, Marsh Stakato Drone, and Marsh Stakato Soldier. They will give you Nightshade Root.
Step 8
Find Marsh Spider and get 10 Marsh Spider Fluids.
Step 9
Travel to the Execution Ground, find Dead Seeke, and receive the Dead Seeker Dung.
Step 10
Exit Giran Castle Town via the east exit. On the way, you will encounter Turak Bugbear Warrior, Amber Basilisk, Harpy and Medusa. Kill Medusa and get Medusa's Ichor.
Step 11
Take all the ingredients to Master Ixia for guidance, then head to Brother Metheus. Complete his assignments: take Magister Kaira to the Dark Elf guild and get Alder's Skull2 in return, find the Warehouse Keeper Norman and get the book Revelations Manuscript, which should be given to Magister Kaira, and she will give Kaira's Recommendation. Then you should go to Dark Elven Village.
Step 12
Hunt Grandis until you get 10 Grandis's Skull, Karul Bugbear - 10 Karul Bugbear Skull, Breka Orc Overlord - 10 Breka Overlord Skull, Leto Lizardman Overlord - 10 Leto Overlord Skull, Black Willow Lurker - Black Willow Leaf.
Step 13
Return to Bloody Pixy and take the Red Fairy Dust. Then head to Blight Treant to get Blight Treant Sap.
Step 14
Go to Arkenia with all the ingredients you have collected and give them in exchange for Arkenia's Letter.
Step 15
Return to High Tetrarch Thifiell and take the Mark of Fate from him. Then head to Duelist Kaien to get the Mark of Duelist. Finally, go to the Grand for a change of profession.
