Self-undercutting rods - constructions designed to help fishermen. Not every angler is able to hook a fish when biting. The self-throttle is triggered automatically, undercutting the catch. You can make a device with your own hands.
It is necessary
- -pliers
- -scissors for cutting metal
- -drill
- -haft or jigsaw
- - ordinary scissors
- - thick steel wire with a cross section of 3-4 mm and a length of 300 mm
- - thin steel wire with a cross section of 1 mm
- -thin board or plywood
- -a piece of thick rubber (school eraser will do)
Instructions
Step 1
Bend the thick wire into a lever.
Step 2
Screw one end of the thin one onto the short end of the lever in the form of a spring. In this case, you need to carefully measure the effort - for a small one, less tension will be required.
Step 3
Saw a base of suitable size from the board or plywood.
Step 4
Attach the spring arm to the base so that the long end is perpendicular to the surface.
Step 5
On the longest part of the base, which will be directed towards the water, place the trigger - a piece of thin wire bent at a right angle. At the top of it, make a loop through which the lever will pass.
Step 6
Make a line clip out of rubber and attach it to the trigger hook or the long end of the lever.
Step 7
Install ashore using a pin or other fixing device.
