Step 1
To go into a trance, prepare yourself. Provide yourself with straight kick music that will help you achieve the desired state. Trance or techno will do.
Step 2
Find a place where no one will interfere with the achievement of trance. For example, a closed room or your summer cottage - any place in which you feel comfortable and free from distractions like phones or televisions.
Step 3
Relax, take a deep breath and lie down. Make sure you are comfortable. You must not move, otherwise you will not be able to enter a trance.
Step 4
Put on the music and during the first track try to focus on rhythm and beats. Completely clear your mind of any distracting thoughts. To achieve this, try using visuals. For example, imagine a huge knot that you need to untie, focus on it, and all other thoughts will go out of your head on their own.
Step 5
Once you feel that your mind has cleared, start creating new images using a beat of music. In your imagination, you can draw flowering plants that ripen to the beat of drums or any other process.
Step 6
Repeat to generate a consistent image in your head. Let your body relax and your mind create. And after a while, your thoughts will completely disappear, and your heartbeat will even out in accordance with the rhythm of the music. So you have achieved a trance. When you come out of this state, you will be full of energy and feel refreshed.
