Chipboard (chipboard) consists of sawdust pressed with glue. Due to such an unusual structure, difficulties arise when cutting such a board into blanks. In case of inaccurate processing, the edges can be very loose, as the sawdust is separated from the adhesive "cement". In addition, the chipboard also blunts the saws.

Instructions
Step 1
Regular saw. This is the most time consuming and complex method, only suitable for small parts. You need to mark the cutting line with a pencil, then place the chipboard sheet on a stable surface and start sawing gently. Try to cut at the sharpest angle, if possible, drive the saw parallel to the workpiece. Pressing the saw costs as little as possible. Ideally, have her sawing under her own weight. You cannot move the saw quickly, otherwise the cut will be sloppy.
Step 2
Jigsaw. The cost of the instrument is from 2000 rubles. This method is much better than the previous one. First, mark the cutting line with a pencil, then press the profile or rule along which the jigsaw file will move to the board along this line. Try to choose the highest quality and durable files. On average, one, even the highest quality file, is enough for 2.5-3 meters of cutting, then you will have to change it. Before starting work, set the slowest speed on the jigsaw, otherwise the cut will get loose at high speed. Move the jigsaw slowly along the line, never press hard. Hold the tool firmly, as the narrow file may start to "drive".
Step 3
Manual circular electric saw (parquet floor). The cost of such a tool is very liberal - from 2,500 rubles. A guide rail is required to it so that the cut is even. Without it, the saw will certainly lead very far to the side. Accordingly, line the tire along the pencil mark, then start the process. In this case, the recommendations from the previous paragraphs are also relevant - do not rush and do not press.
Step 4
Circular saw machine. This is certainly ideal, but very expensive - the price starts at 13,000 rubles. The purchase of such a machine should be taken care of only if you really need to saw a lot of chipboard or other wood materials. Simply put, the machine should pay for itself. On the other hand, if you are satisfied with the cost, then such a "toy" will make your work as easy as possible. In order to saw a chipboard sheet on the machine, you need to draw a cutting line, put the workpiece on the machine table and start feeding it smoothly under the rotating saw. The cut turns out to be very even, and the saw itself does not "drive" along the sides, as it is fixed.
