Futurama is one of the most popular modern animated series, the characters of which have become household names and favorites of many people. The robot Bender is especially popular among fans of the series, and you can try to draw it in Photoshop - drawing a robot figure will not be difficult for you.
Instructions
Step 1
Open Photoshop and create a new document with a white background. The size of the document can be any - depending on what resolution you want the picture to be. Now open the Paths palette and create a new path. Give it a name - for example, head.
Step 2
Grab the Pen Tool from the Toolbox, zoom in to 300% and start drawing Bender's head. Mark two anchor points in the picture, and then select the Convert Point Tool option from the toolbar.
Step 3
Move the left point further from the center, and then begin to cut the curves, bringing the lines into such a shape that corresponds to the outlines of Bender's head. Smooth out the irregularities and work out small details, and then click on the layer with the head, holding down the Ctrl key, and fill the resulting selection with black.
Step 4
From the Select menu, choose Modify> Contract with a value of 1 pixel and fill the selection with a gray color that matches Bender's color in Futurama.
Step 5
For the next body part, create a new layer and a new path (Path). Separately draw Bender's eyes with square pupils, filling them with yellow. Leave the pupils black. After the eyes are ready, proceed to drawing the mouth in the same way. Draw Bender's "teeth" stripes with the Pen Tool.
Step 6
To draw the shoulders and arms, create two separate layers - one for each hand with stripes and fingers. After the arms are ready, draw the trunk-cabinet with a door and legs with iron feet. Do not forget to fill each part of the body with the color of the desired shade. Finish up by drawing the antenna on top of Bender's head.
