In every home there are probably plastic bottles of shampoo, juice, mineral water. Among them there are those that are a pity to throw away, but at the same time, the hostess does not always know where to put them. You can make a variety of toys from them. A small green shampoo bottle will become a frog, a bright bottle will become a doll.
It is necessary
- Plastic bottle
- Colored tape or colored paper
- A piece of white or pink self-adhesive tape
- Shreds
- Colored yarn trimmings
- Scissors
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bottle. Peel off all labels and remove decals if possible. They can be printed on both paper and film. Place the bottle in warm water for a while. The paper will peel off, and the film will become much more pliable, you can simply pry it off with scissors and peel it off.
Step 2
Cut a circle out of the adhesive tape. It should be slightly smaller in diameter than the width of the top of the bottle. Use scotch tape of different colors to make eyes, mouth, nose and cheeks. Make your eyes blue or black, depending on which tape you have. You can make a black pupil and white glitter. Stick your eyes on your face. Likewise, make a nose circle, pink or gray. The mouth can be made round, triangular or with a red strip. Cut out the pink cheeks with hearts, ovals, or circles. Stick all the details on your face.
Step 3
Glue the face with all the details onto the bottle. Use orange, yellow, white, brown, or black yarn to make hair. Cut the yarn into 10-12 cm pieces, fold each thread in half. Tie your hair together with a string. Glue the "wig" onto the cork.
Step 4
Use the scraps to create a headscarf or hat to cover the top of your hair. Attach it to the cork with glue. If you have colored foil, you can make a crown. A fairy hat will do.
Step 5
Make palms from self-adhesive film, and parts of sleeves from colored tape. The palms are just circles, and the sleeves are rectangles. Glue the sleeves on the sides of the bottle just below your face. Glue the palms under the sleeves. You can also make shoes - triangles or ovals from colored tape, which are glued to the bottom of the bottle.
