Step 2

Step 3

There are three levels of mastery in total: beginner, intermediate and high. As an initial level of training, you can use a very simple trick that both adults and children can handle. It is called "sleeping", its meaning is simple: the yo-yo coil is thrown down. The other hand picks up the thread and holds it for a while. Then he releases the thread and returns to the hand by twitching.

Step 4

After practicing the exercise, move on to the slightly more difficult Forward Pass. The bottom line is this: a person throws the coil down or forward and catches it again. This exercise helps to develop coordination of movements and develop accuracy in execution.

Step 5

Move on to other activities - Walking the Dog and Escape. They are a bit similar in performance. Throw the yo-yo down, then lower the toy to the floor and it will roll away from it, then a slight twitch, and the yo-yo is back in your hand. "Escape" begins the same way, but the continuation is different: the player crouches down and puts the thread on the floor, twitches easily and the yo-yo rolls into his hands.

Step 6

After mastering these exercises, move on to more difficult ones, for example, "Around the World" - rotating the yo-yo on an extended thread around the arm. Or to the exercise "Eiffel Tower" - the player throws the yo-yo down and builds a tower from the thread, after which he straightens it and catches it. When the entire initial level is well studied, you can move on to the other two - intermediate and high.
