The Arena in World of Warcraft is the ultimate challenge in player-to-player PVP. At the same time, small teams fight against each other, receiving special points for victory, for which you can purchase special weapons and armor. To get points in Arena, it is not enough just to know the rules and be a great player in your class, you also need to be able to work in a team.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the PVP tab on the in-game toolbar, or simply press H. Find the arena section and click Create Team. In order to participate in the arena, you must be level 70, 80 or 85.
Step 2
Then select the type of team you want to create: 2v2, 3v3 or 5v5. Come up with a name and choose a flag. Click the Save button. Now you need to select a team to enter the arena.
Step 3
Assemble a team. It all depends on your style of play and ability to stay in the team. Ideal would be a WoW arena lineup with one healer. At the same time, distribute among the other players such tasks as controlling the opponent, protecting the healer and inflicting damage. Only a balanced team can get enough points in the arena to buy equipment.
Step 4
Sign up for the arena. You can do this only if you have the required number of team members online. As a rule, an opponent is matched based on your current rating. In this case, for a victory you will receive points, and for a loss, you will lose. In this case, the size of the points depends on the ratio of the teams' ratings. For example, if teams with a rating of 100 and 2000 fought and the first one lost, then no one will gain or lose anything, but if the first team wins, then 25 points will be received and removed.
Step 5
Remember that the number of Arena points in WoW per week is limited to a certain number, which depends on your current rating, and there is also a limit on the total number of arena points. In other words, if you have reached the limit, then further participation in the competitions will be held for you without a reward, so spend the points earned.
Step 6
Buy special weapons and armor for the arena to increase your parameters, which will help you defeat stronger opponents in the future.
