Perhaps there are no more animals in the world that have such a textured appearance. And their abilities are just as amazing. Everyone knows that they are able to do without water for a long time. But these animals are hardy and stubborn. Their fur reflects the sun's rays. And if the camel lies down to rest, no one can lift it. Of course, it is rather difficult to have this decent animal in the house. But you can sew a camel with your own hands.
Instructions
Step 1
Find an image of a camel figure in a magazine and outline it along the contour. If you want a camel to be funny, take a cartoon camel as a basis.
Step 2
Make a camel pattern on paper. It consists of two lateral parts (the outline of the camel with legs and head), two parts of the camel's belly (the lower part of the outline with the belly and legs), a tail and two ears.
Choose for sewing a light brown soft dense fabric - drape, plush, velor. Transfer the pattern from paper to fabric, cut out, leaving 5-10 mm seam allowances on all sides.
Step 3
Sew the sides of the camel with the belly first. Then sew the halves of the toy to each other on the sides and top so that the seam of the abdomen remains unstitched.
Step 4
Fill the figure with dense filler, pieces of foam rubber or padding polyester. You can put a piece of car scent with a coffee or vanilla scent inside. The tighter you stuff the toy, the better it will stand on the plane. Gently sew the camel's belly.
Step 5
Sew on the ears of the camel, tail, make eyes out of beads. A piece of brown fur can be glued to the crown of the camel.
Decorate the toy with a bridle, sew a saddle or blanket.
