The films of the Saw series have brought their creators more than half a billion dollars in total. It is not surprising: the story of John Kramer compares favorably with other horror films not only with a complex plot, but also with claims to a whole philosophical system. Not surprisingly, such a successful product has got two games "based on" that perfectly retain the spirit of the original.
Instructions
Step 1
Study the interior. Most of the puzzles of the constructor are solved with the help of the scenery around you: for example, to leave the first room, you need to enter the password written on the doors of the toilet stalls. Take a close look at all objects in the room (especially interactive ones); try out all the available options (look around the room with the lights off); check the clues written on the walls as they often point directly to the solution - an excellent example of this is the phrase "Time is on your side" written on one of the walls in the second part of the game: the solution to the riddle is the time indicated on the wall clock.
Step 2
Be on your guard. The game actively uses the Quick Time Events system - quick keystrokes. From the very first seconds of the game, a bear trap is put on the character, which must be removed using QTE. An arrow rotates at the bottom, the movements of which must be repeated with the mouse (or gamepad sticks), and on the helmet itself a number periodically appears (usually "1"), which must be pressed in time. Likewise, by opening the door in the game, you can activate a trap: several keys will appear on the screen that you need to press quickly to stay alive.
Step 3
Do not hurry. The main part of the gameplay is based on high-speed solving of riddles: the main character gets into a closed room, a timer starts, and if the player does not find a way to stop this timer, the character dies. However, death does not mean the end of the game at all. Such a development of events is fraught with a maximum "bounce" to the nearest control point, where you will be allowed to repeat everything from the beginning, so the extra fuss simply does not justify itself.
Step 4
Find the complete walkthrough of the game. Quite detailed "guides" describing the passage of the game have been posted on the Internet, and on the youtube.com site you can find a series of videos (approximately 15-20 parts, 10 minutes each) demonstrating all this clearly. Of course, you should not abuse their study, but if you are seriously "stuck" - then there is simply nothing else left.
