The game "Guess the melody" will allow you to have fun in the company. It will amuse both children and adults. You can include the game in the scenario of an anniversary, holiday. The main thing is to learn some simple rules.
Preparatory stage
Traditionally, Guess the Melody is played by three people. If the number of applicants is greater, then you can take the fourth and even the fifth. You should not invite more participants, since then it will be more difficult for the audience to observe the action, and for the presenter, it will be more difficult to count points. This function can be assigned to another person who easily adds and subtracts numbers.
First you need to prepare everything you need. It is difficult to find 3 tribunes at home, so chairs with backs will perform their function. Use duct tape to attach horns or other noisy toys, such as a baby tambourine.
It's funny to see how the participants will rush to click on the sound toy to pronounce the guessed melody.
The game
The musical quiz "Guess the melody" consists of four rounds. The first one is warm-up. After summing up the results of this stage, no one is eliminated. After the second round, the person with the least points leaves.
Take a Whatman paper or slate board and write 4 sections one under the other on them. They should be about song genres. Depending on the age and interests of the audience, the names can be different.
For middle-aged participants, guess something from foreign pop music, domestic songs of the 80s and 90s. Elderly people will be interested to plunge into the atmosphere of the 50-60s. Let them guess the popular waltzes, kind and uncomplicated songs of the song of those years.
Children will love learning cartoon songs. It can be both Soviet and modern foreign animation films.
Let each melody last no more than 30 seconds. During this time, the participants will have time to guess it. If not, then the presenter himself says what kind of song it was.
Since not everyone can invite a whole orchestra home to play melodies, too, karaoke melodies will help out. Write them down on your computer in advance and turn them on while playing Guess the Tune.
Draw 4 notes in each of the four sections. Each - will correspond to a certain melody.
The second round is similar to the first. There may be such sections: "Snowfall", "Summer motives", "Guess Gaidai" (songs from his films), "Shlyagers A. Pugacheva". After this round, points are also calculated.
Only 2 participants with the most points are allowed to the third round. More time is given here. While the melody is playing, the stopwatch hand goes, which increases the number of points for the answer. They are attributed to the one who guessed the name of the song correctly.
The last fourth stage is bidding. One of the participants, having heard the task, says that he will guess the melody and pronounce the number of notes from seven to three. The winner of the bidding is the one who named fewer notes.
After one of the participants guesses 3 melodies correctly in this round, he becomes the winner of the whole game.
