The ferret is a medium-sized mammal that lives both in the forest and at home. This animal is often made an acting character in various fairy tales and stories. At the same time, a ferret can be both quite cute and harmless, and an aggressive, unkind creature. The ferret has a very flexible and elongated body, covered with thick short fur of brown, black or white color, and a medium-sized tail, which in some cases is fluffy. The animal has a funny rounded muzzle with lively beady eyes and small ears.
It is necessary
- - drawing paper;
- - pencil, eraser.
Instructions
Step 1
When drawing complex shapes, start from the simpler components: draw the ferret's body using a series of circles of different diameters. The first circle is the area of the animal's chest. Next to it, draw a smaller circle and sharpen it slightly from the outer edge to give the characteristic ovoid shape of the head.
Step 2
On the other side of the sketchy ribcage, draw an ellipse into which the elongated lower part of the ferret's torso fits. Behind it draw another circle for the curled tail. Your drawing will resemble a peanut nut. If you do not need a tail bent into a ring, then draw it as you intended it to be - a narrow ellipse, curved in random order.
Step 3
Finish drawing the head with an additional rectangular face shape. In the chest area, outline the lines of the forelimbs, and in the lower (or back) of the body, outline the hind legs. The limbs of the ferret are not long, like cat's paws
Step 4
From the sketchy sketch, go to detailing the drawing. Combine the simplified torso shapes into a single outline. Use jagged lines to define the natural line of the ferret. More accurately depict the tenacious legs of the animal, based on the pose and situation in which you are drawing it. Refine the line of motion and the thickness of the tail
Step 5
With a light stroke, divide the ferret's head in half lengthways, and divide this axis into three parts. Draw a rounded eye in the upper third, and draw a small round eye at the point separating the central and lower third. Mark the highlight on it with a tiny, open circle
Step 6
Draw the line of the shoulder blade and forelegs, giving this line the texture of the fur, that is, a certain zigzag, "shaggy". Do the same with the animal's back and hind limbs. On the face, draw a live, uneven line separating the hair of the two colors (unless you are drawing a monochromatic ferret)
Step 7
Clean up your drawing by using the eraser to erase all construction lines. Add a few small strokes to the mustache on the muzzle. Add sharp claws on the legs. Color the drawing with crayons, pastels or paints, applying strokes or strokes to the shape of the animal's body and simulating the texture of its fur.
