Learn the technique of using a spinning rod and the rules for operating the tackle. The bait is good, but even more important is the angler's hand in making the fish tempted to bait. The clearer the water, the harder it is to fish. In this case, the tackle should be very thin. However, it cannot be torn by the first crucian carp that comes across.
