Maria Guleghina is a Russian opera diva with an amazingly beautiful dramatic soprano. Her voice adorns many theaters and concert halls in Russia and abroad.
Childhood
Maria Guleghina was born in 1959 in Odessa. Her family was multinational, like many Odessa families. But Maria, oddly enough, considers herself Belarusian and retains the citizenship of this country.
As a child, Masha was ill a lot, she had congenital malformations, and the doctors did not predict anything good. The girl began to walk only at two years old, and even then in special boots. But the parents bravely fought for the health of their daughter and won.
In order to develop the musculoskeletal system, my mother sent little Masha to a ballet studio. But the girl did not really like to dance, she liked to sing more.
Education
Masha's voice was strong, beautiful and low. Therefore, after school, Maria went to enter the conservatory. But she was not immediately accepted, for this she had to study at the music school at the conductor-choir department.
But at the Odessa Conservatory, Maria studied brilliantly, and after her graduation she was invited to work at the Bolshoi Theater.
Musical career
At first, work at the Bolshoi Theater did not give the singer any pleasure. She was offered only minor roles, and the singer's talent demanded an exit. Therefore, when she was invited to the Minsk Opera House, Maria agreed.
The formation of the singer Maria Guleghina took place in Minsk. She performed many of the main parts, her voice grew stronger, and her stage skills increased.
But a career in the Minsk Theater was also not cloudless. Maria Guleghina is a laureate of numerous singing competitions, including the prestigious Tchaikovsky Competition. And she was often invited to tour abroad. But in Belarus they were against her foreign tours, in addition, relations in the theater deteriorated due to the envy of colleagues for the success of the talented singer.
Therefore, in 1989, Maria Guleghina decides to move to Italy. The European world greeted the singer with delight and christened her "Russian Cinderella". Maria sang in the best theaters in Europe and received well-deserved recognition everywhere.
Personal life
Maria Guleghina found her personal happiness only on the third attempt. The singer got married for the first time at the age of eighteen. Her husband was of Caucasian blood, and all his relatives were against Maria's performances on stage. As a result, Maria preferred what she loved, and the couple divorced.
The second time Maria married pianist Mark Gulegin. The couple went through a lot together, including moving abroad. But in this relationship, something went wrong. The divorce was painful with the division of property and the establishment of the right to raise a common child.
Maria found her feminine happiness only in her third marriage with the Greco-Roman wrestling coach Vyacheslav Mkrtychev. The spouse respects Mary's profession and supports her in everything.
