It consists of a small fork-like machine and a plastic hook. But what kind of elastic bands can be woven together? Multi-colored can be included or purchased separately. We master the technique of weaving
Usually beginners start by weaving bracelets. What kind of bracelets can be woven from rubber bands? The most diverse. The techniques have already been mentioned above, but one of the most popular among beginners is considered to be “fish tail”.
Bracelets made using this technique are tight and do not stretch too much.
The advantage of the "fish tail" is that in the absence of a machine, you can weave a bracelet on your fingers, on a fork, on pencils. The principle of weaving will be exactly the same as on the slingshot. Let's consider this method in more detail.
At the beginning of weaving from elastic bands, you will need to put one stag on one prong, twist it with a figure eight and put it on the second prong. Then we attach a special clasp.
Now we need to put on two elastic bands exactly, remove the lowest one from one prong and twist it through the middle of the two upper elastic bands. Do the same with the second side of the elastic, weave them together.
Then we put on another rubber band on top and do exactly the same manipulation with the bottom. Thus, it is necessary to weave the bracelet to the length we need.
At the end of the work, you should have two rubber bands on the fork. You will need to twist the lower one over the upper one, and then simply remove the latter from the plug. It will serve as a loop through which the fastener will be threaded.
