Step 1
Choose the correct shooting point. If time permits, do it long and carefully. Take your time and walk around the building that you are going to shoot several times. Think about which side you would like to capture it. It doesn't have to be a building facade.
Perhaps it will be you who will be able to open a new perspective for all well-known architectural objects. Take multiple shots. After looking through the photos at home, you can choose the most successful ones.
Step 2
Choose a survey point that will not distort the perspective of the building. This point is called the center point. Finding her is not difficult. Visually locate the center of the entire building and stand directly opposite, ideally at a considerable distance from the subject itself. By standing in this way, you can shoot the entire building, and the building will not look "crooked" in the picture.
Step 3
To shoot, look for a hill (bench, side, hill) or raise the camera on a tripod. Shots not taken from eye level look much better. You can deliberately break the perspective and stand to the left or right of the center point of the building for expressive shots.
Step 4
Use wide angle lenses. They allow you to increase the viewing angle, "pushing" the space. This lens is especially suitable when you want to shoot a building in a narrow alley and you have no way to step back to take a shot.
