Products knitted by needlewomen are not inferior to designer models either in beauty or in quality of workmanship. Someone adopts this skill from grandmothers, someone learns to knit on their own.

It is necessary

  • - Knitting needles;
  • - woolen threads.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pattern of the product, measure the middle, mark the depth of the cutout, mark this point "T". Don't make the "V" neckline too shallow - it will look ugly.

Step 2

Set aside the width of the "V" neckline to either side of the middle. Consider the size of the trim strip. Draw perpendiculars from the marked width to the shoulders. Mark segments A, B. Lower the two beveled lines to the middle, mark them with C.

Step 3

Calculate the area of the triangle: A * B * C / 2. The resulting numbers are the loops that need to be subtracted to obtain the bevels of the "V" cut. Distribute them evenly over the entire length of the bevels. Apply the calculation to each line C. Subtract stitches on purl rows.

Step 4

Tie the bar together with the shelf. Calculate the decreases without taking into account the width of the inlay. Then, subtract a few centimeters from the edge, leave 4-6 loops. Knit these 4-6 stitches with stitch, rib or knit stitches. For a beautiful V-neck cape, decrease three stitches. Knit one loop in front of the "T" point, then remove the second, pull the first through the second, the next one according to the picture, put it on the middle loop from above. The number of loops reduced at point "T" depends on the width of the plank.

Step 5

Make a "V" neckline trim strip separately. Type the required number of loops around the edge of the bevels. Knit the first row with a 1 * 1 elastic band, it will be more attractive. Next, use the pattern of your choice, or continue knitting with an elastic band.

Step 6

Decorative trims can be knitted in forward and backward directions. Cast on the loops on one side of the bevel, make the inlay to the desired height, close the loops. Then cast on the loops on the other side of the bevel, knit symmetrically. Cross the finished planks together at the "T" point.
