Many aspiring photographers and casual audiences alike admire the virtues of expansive and beautiful panoramic photography. Professional panoramic shooting requires a lot of specific knowledge and large financial investments in shooting equipment, but you can easily shoot a simple composite panorama yourself with a budget camera if you learn a few rules for shooting panoramic photos. You will learn about these rules below.

Step 1
There are a lot of programs that allow you to more or less qualitatively collect individual photos into a panorama, but you need to select a program for assembling last of all, since the quality of the finished panorama depends more on how you shoot it, and not on how you you process it.
Step 2
In panoramic shooting, you need to correctly photograph all the frames of the landscape, so that later, when assembling the panorama, they are on the same level and look smooth and realistic. To do this, take care to shoot the panorama with a good, stable tripod, with the camera positioned horizontally.
Step 3
In camera settings, turn on manual shooting mode (M) and turn off auto ISO. Then manually adjust the shutter speed and aperture settings (the optimal value is f / 11), and then disable autofocus and adjust the sharpness manually as well.
Step 4
Check what shots the camera will shoot with these settings - take a few shots, and then view them on the camera's display.
Step 5
To capture as much of the panorama as possible, shoot one horizontal line of frames from left to right or from right to left, and then lift the camera a little higher and shoot another horizontal line of frames to increase the vertical size of the panorama.
Step 6
The finished set of frames can be loaded into a special program for stitching and editing panoramas and check how the finished panorama meets your expectations.
Step 7
In order to get a good panorama, shoot distant objects, being far enough from them, and do not use a wide-angle lens. Also, choose for panoramas static landscapes or compositions in which there is no constant movement.
