The griffin is a fantastic animal, a cross between a wild cat and a lizard with wings. Drawing it is quite difficult, but interesting. It is necessary to take into account when drawing the features of the cat's body, the structure of the wings and convey its tough character.

Step 1
Prepare a sheet of paper. It is better to place it horizontally. Armed with a pencil, start sketching. Let's take a look at the main details of the first picture. Is the big circle the chest? and the place from which the wings of the griffin grow, it is large because in this place there are muscles that lift the heavy body into the air. Two small circles - head and back. Mark with lines the legs closest to you - front and back, tail, far wing. Use two curved planes to mark the wing closest to you (first fragment).
Step 2
Start drawing in the details. Start the process from the head, mark the beak of the griffin, the cat's but slightly pointed ears, and a small beard under the beak. Mark the thickness of the front foot closest to you (second fragment). Define the eyes of the creature - they are almond-shaped. Draw the ears, increase the thickness of the paw, draw the fur on it, on the neck (third fragment). Step 3
We continue to draw. Draw the fur on the hind legs, connect the large and small hind circles at the bottom to form the belly. Take care of your wings. Draw the shape of the wing more clearly, mark on each the first bottom row of feathers. For ease of implementation, search the Internet for pictures of bird wings. Draw a border for the color of the griffin's fur on the front paw (fourth fragment). Now draw the tail of the griffin and notice that there is a tassel at the end of it. Step 4
