It is necessary

  • - threads for knitting in different colors;
  • - hook;
  • - large stitching needle

Instructions

Step 1

Tie the tomato with a red thread. Start knitting according to the pattern. Then gradually reduce on each subsequent turn of 4, 5, 6 loops to form a spherical surface. Run 2-3 cm without decreasing and finish knitting the ball in the reverse order. Before closing all the loops, fill it with padding polyester.

Step 2

Tie a few green leaves according to the pattern. Finally, tie each piece around the perimeter with one row of "crustacean step". Take a soft copper wire, bend it several times, making a stick 3-4 cm long, and wrap it tightly with green thread. Fix the leaves on the resulting cutting. Insert it gently into the finished ball. Sew both parts discreetly. Your crocheted tomato is ready.

Step 3

Begin to knit the zucchini or eggplant in the same pattern, but make the body more elongated, gradually narrowing it towards the end. Green, yellow yarn is suitable for zucchini. Run the eggplant with a blue or purple thread. Make leaves on the handle, attach them to the product.

Step 4

Begin knitting the pumpkin according to the pattern with yellow or orange thread, then continue without decreasing and make a circle with a diameter of 8-10 cm. Then knit a sphere, as for a tomato, fill it with filler and close all loops. Now form characteristic slices on the surface of the future pumpkin. To do this, thread the base color into the needle.

Step 5

Pierce the resulting ball from one center to the other and pull the thread along the side of the product from top to bottom. Pierce the ball again in the same way and pull the thread tighter to form a groove. Make several grooves every 4-5 cm. Fasten and hide the end of the thread. The knitted pumpkin is ready.
