There are countless ways to embroider the same decorative element. The master must make a decision based on several criteria. The main ones are the embroidery technique, the size of the element, the number of colors in the element.

Instructions
Step 1
It all starts with a diagram. The size of the flower depends only on your artistic idea. For example, if a full-fledged work is planned, depicting only one rose, the diagram should be large enough. If you are planning to make a border of roses, choose a small scheme that you will duplicate several times in your work.
Step 2
If there is no scheme, it doesn't matter. You can make it from a graphic file. The following requirements are imposed on it: no or a minimum number of smooth transitions, high quality of the image itself, a small number of colors and shades.
You can create a diagram from a picture on the igolki.net website. Download the file and follow the instructions, setting the required size, number of colors and other parameters of the future scheme. Then download and print the finished diagram. Edit if necessary by removing single stitches.
Step 3
Cut a piece of canvas slightly larger than the intended work. Start from the middle of the composition (especially if the roses are this middle), having calculated it first. This way you can get a more or less clear picture of all the work faster.
Step 4
If the roses are located on the border, it is better not to start with them. You will not see how they look against the background of the work as a whole until you complete the main element. However, in some cases, the entire work consists of a border (for example, the edge of a tablecloth or oven mitts).
