Let's start with the rain. Let's take a closer look at the traces of rain on clothes or hands. Raindrops in the sun are especially beautiful when they shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow. They have a different shape, if the drop was large, then the trace will be elongated. At this moment you will look and remember what shape and color this drop is. Transparent or colored? Big or small? When drawing rain, imagine how you saw the droplets, so it is easier to concentrate on this drawing. Do you want to depict rain in the form of droplets or a shower, or maybe all at once? We take a brush in hand!

Instructions
Step 1
Let's prepare our workplace. It is desirable that only the objects necessary for drawing are on the table. The table should be well lit. Place paints and a glass of water on your right. Fold the scrapbook in half and cut it in half. Draw a rain of droplets on one half, and a downpour on the other.
Step 2
First, paint a small cloud with gray paint so that it is clear where the rain is coming from. Starting with the smallest droplets, dip the brush in blue watercolor paint and dilute with a drop of water on the palette. You should get a little liquid paint, then start drawing the shape of "droplets" in vertical order on paper, first draw small ones in one row. They are followed by medium drops, and then large ones.
Step 3
Alternating them one after another, complete the process. Paint each drop with blue paint. To obtain the desired color, add a little bit of blue to the white paint and a small amount of water for "transparency". Allow the drawing to dry and, with a light stroke, paint a small glare at the drop with gouache. It will turn out like real raindrops.
Step 4
A heavy downpour can be depicted with thin vertical lines, drawing them obliquely parallel to each other. Leave the work to dry. The rain is ready!
