Weaving from beads is a long painstaking process that contributes to the development of attention, perseverance and fine motor skills. To create flat jewelry (most of the necklaces, beads, necklaces, bracelets, earrings), craftsmen use rubber or lavsan thread, and bulky items (vases, animals, flowers) require the use of wire holding the shape. Beaded animals serve as original interior decorations and, in some cases, as accessories: key chains, phone pendants and in other roles.
It is necessary
- Beads of different colors and sizes;
- Wire;
- Patterns for weaving animals.
Instructions
Step 1
To weave a crocodile, cut about 50-60 cm of wire. In the middle, dial two beads, in accordance with the diagram in the illustration. Then go through the second bead with the other end of the wire and straighten the beads so that they are sideways to each other. Cast on one end of the next bead, pass through it with the other, and so on each row. Make sure the rows fit snugly together. This is the back of a crocodile.
Step 2
Weave a tummy in the same way, just replace the black beads-eyes with green ones.
Step 3
Weave the legs: cast six beads in the middle through one end of the wire, go through the three extreme beads with the other end. Tighten, press, cast on the next row. Be careful not to twist the wire, as this may break.
Step 4
Connect the details by weaving the legs between the back and tummy. All parts should be slightly convex, voluminous, while the rows of beads should not diverge.
Step 5
Weave a ladybug according to the pattern. The tummy is in mosaic technique, and the cephalothorax and wings are by analogy with a crocodile. Draw the legs and antennae onto the wire when connecting the parts.
Step 6
The spider and the turtle are performed in the same technique as the crocodile. Weave two elements according to the pattern, tummy and back (the foot consists of one piece), connect them.
