Sawing a perfectly flat circle is a difficult task for a beginner. You need to be patient and work very leisurely. In addition to patience, you will need tools - a jigsaw, a compass, a curly file and tools that allow you to polish the surface.
It is necessary
- -surface for cutting out a circle;
- -pencil;
- -drill;
- -drill;
- -knife;
- -lobzil;
- -electrohock;
- - file;
- - varnish.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to draw a circle on the surface with which you will be working. To do this, it is better to find a circle of a suitable diameter, which can be circled in a circle. Another option is to use a compass. You should trace with a pencil so that the marks of the markings can then be removed.
Step 2
If you want to make a round hole in a wooden surface, you can use a drill and a thin drill. Gently walk the tools around the perimeter of the circle, almost reaching its edges, so that it could then be processed with other tools. Use a well-sharpened knife for leveling. When working with a knife, make sure that the tool goes strictly along the drawn line, without going beyond its limits. You can finish the edge to a perfect circle with an appropriate curly file, and then go through the polishing tools.
Step 3
If you want to cut a circle, which in itself is an independent part, then you should use a jigsaw or an electric hacker. The latter is very convenient for working with various types of materials, since the kit usually includes a large number of attachments. In addition, working with an electric hawker saves time. But in both cases, guide the tool slowly, with your eye determine the distance that you will now cut out, fix the tool firmly and with unhurried clear movements begin to cut exactly along the markings. In this case, it is better if you go behind the markings from the outside than from the inside, since in the first case it is enough to simply cut off the excess, and in the second you will have to reduce the entire radius of the circle. After the circle is cut, go around the circle with a file to align the edge.
Step 4
Erase the remaining pencil outline. Polish the part, and if necessary, cover it with varnish.
