The modern writer Bernard Werber does not allow his readers to simply enjoy the works, and periodically invites them to puzzle over various puzzles. An example of this was a task that requires you to draw a circle and its center point without lifting your pen from a sheet of paper.

Step 1
Look for the key in the context of the given problem. Pay attention to the text. It clearly shows what cannot be done: tear off the pen from the paper. But this statement can be interpreted in another way: you have the right to do whatever you want with the sheet itself!
Step 2
Solve the puzzle in the canonical way. To do this, put a dot anywhere on the sheet of paper and bend the top of the sheet towards it. Without lifting the handles from the surface, draw a small arc on the folded part, then return the sheet to its original position. As you can see, your pen is at some distance from the point set at the very beginning, and you can safely draw a circle. The riddle was solved!
Step 3
Refer to more non-standard solutions. Remember that a point can be called a particular version of a circle, whose radius is zero, which means that simply by placing a point anywhere on the sheet of paper, you have already completed the requirements of the problem.
Step 4
Do not forget that the circle is not only the bounding line, but the entire part of the plane that lies within it. Just paint a circle of any diameter on a sheet of paper, and you will get a new solution to this problem for you. After all, it does not say that you only need to draw a circle and its center point.
Step 5
Note that in the conditions of the puzzle nothing is said about the sheet of paper itself, it can be absolutely anything. Look in stores for a wide variety of stationery products today, including paper with unusual patterns. You just need to buy the one that is decorated with circles or simply dotted with dots: in the first case, it is enough to put a point, and in the second - to circle a circle around the point.
Step 6
Take advantage of the fact that whatever the problem formulation is used, there is always either only a pen, or a pen and pencil. Nothing is said about the felt-tip pen or the paints. So you can use everything except a pencil and a pen and draw the circle and its center point calmly. To complete the task, simply take a pen in your free hand and keep it pressed against the paper.
