Step 1
Making a circle out of paper is quite simple, for this we need a sheet of paper and a pair of compasses. In general, a circle is a figure that has no corners, with a certain diameter and center. Half the diameter is equal to two radii (r = d / 2). All points of the circle are at the same distance from the center.
Step 2
We take a compass, a ruler and measure the required radius of the future circle on the ruler with a compass. We take a piece of paper, put it in front of us; then we stick the leg of the compass with the needle into the piece of paper where the center of the circle should be. Gently rotating the second leg of the compass, draw our circle. At the same time, do not tear the compasses off the sheet! As a result, we get a circle of the radius you need. Then we take scissors and cut our circle along the drawn line. The circle is ready.

If it is not possible to use a compass, then you can create your own device. For example, take two pencils, tie them to the index and middle fingers of the hands, and then (by analogy with a compass) draw the required circle.
