It is not difficult to make a not too expensive boat for the delivery of bait to fish with your own hands. All the necessary parts for the filling of this design can be easily purchased online or at a hardware store. The boat itself is easier to make from foam.

It is necessary

  • - brushless motor with a cooling jacket;
  • - speed regulator for the engine;
  • - deadwood;
  • - plastic corner;
  • - transmission;
  • - screw;
  • - two tubes from the aquarium compressor;
  • - two servos (for turns and unloading);
  • - extension cords for the servo;
  • - 11 volt battery;
  • - metal wire rocker;
  • - a piece of thick aluminum wire;
  • - copper wire;
  • - Double-sided tape;
  • - ceiling foam;
  • - two-component and polymer glue;
  • - PU.

Instructions

Step 1

So, how to make a boat for bait with your own hands? To make it, first cut out the base of the boat from the foam. Cut the resulting part, guided by the drawing presented just above.

Step 2

Cut out partitions measuring 24.5 by 8 cm. You will need at least three to four of them. On each partition, make a mark 1 cm from any of the long edges. Also mark the center of the edge. Draw lines from the outermost holes to the center and cut off the partitions.

Step 3

Cut the sides of the boat out of the foam. Glue all parts together by adding foam stiffeners. Glue key points with expensive two-component glue. Use a simple resin to seal the remaining gaps.

Step 4

Make holes in the bottom and at the bottom of one of the bait boat partitions for installing the deadwood. Insert the deadwood into the hole in the bottom and thread it through the hole in the partition. Screw the plastic bracket onto the engine.

Step 5

Glue the base for the engine cut out of foam plastic to the body of the bait boat. It should be slightly raised above the bottom. Attach plastic aquarium tubes to the motor cooling leads. Glue the engine to the base by prying under the last glue-coated corner.

Step 6

Pass one of the tubes through the partitions into the outermost cell of the boat and pass it through the bottom. The length of a piece of tube from the outside from the bottom should be about 1 cm. When the bait boat moves along a lake or pond, water will flow into it under pressure.

Step 7

Pass the second tube through the side of the boat. The water entering from below during the movement of the structure will subsequently pass through the engine casing, cooling it, and pour out through this tube.

Step 8

Screw the plastic corner to the boat's bulkhead. It will serve as the basis for electronics. Also attach the corner in the rear center slot of the ship for the servo.

Step 9

Make the boat's turning system. To do this, screw two handles to one of its sides. They can be made, for example, from thick wire. From it you need to cut off two pieces and wrap their ends in loops.

Step 10

Insert another piece of thick wire into the loops of the screwed handles. Bend its ends in the form of the letter G. At the upper end, make an additional loop. Bend the lower one again in the form of a letter L in a perpendicular plane. Glue a plastic paddle with a semicircular edge to it. Connect the servo to the rotary system with thin wires.

Step 11

Install a second servo (for unloading groundbait). First, insert it into the slot of the cut out foam plate. Cut a socket for the servo in one of the ship's partitions. Position the servo so that it is between the two foam plates.

Step 12

Reinforce the tailgate of the bait boat in the center with a door hinge. Glue the food loading box (13x18 cm) from the foam. Attach it to the hinge on the back of the boat. Glue the electronics to the base in the bow of the boat using double-sided tape.

Step 13

Make a lashing system to raise / lower the lure box. Screw the copper wire to the servo bit. Pre-make a ring at its end. To be sure, solder the attachment point. Attach another wire to the other end with a screw. As a result, you should have a mobile system. Bend the second end of the extreme wire into a ring and insert the third screw into it.

Step 14

Connect the servo attachments. Connect electronics to radio equipment. Connect the device drive responsible for turns to the first channel of the radio equipment. Insert the wire connector from the governor into the second channel. In the third channel, insert the wire from the servo to reset the bait.

Step 15

Connect the power supply. Click the switch. Check all equipment for functionality. Make a cover with holes for the boat. Install the antenna on the bait boat. It can be made, for example, from a body from a handle and a thin wire. This is how you can make a boat for the delivery of bait.
