You can knit anything you want - from large global things to small, but very important accessories. You can even decorate your item with homemade buttons. It is very easy to make them from ordinary threads using a crochet hook. They will look very original and unusual.

Instructions
Step 1
First, decide what color your buttons will be. They can be matched to the color of the product or made in contrast. Take a regular pencil and start winding thread around it. Remember that the number of turns you make depends on the thickness of the thread and the size of the button you are trying to achieve. On average, typically about 20 turns are used.
Step 2
Cut the thread further, leaving a long end. Pass it through the eye of the needle, tighten, then you can remove the winding from the pencil. Now start sewing the threads in a circle. Keep it simple with a stitch. When done, hide the remaining tip on the back of the button. If you want, you can decorate it with beads in the middle.
Step 3
Crochet the button. Twist the thread into a ring, and then start tying it with half-columns without a crochet. About 7-8 pieces. Then go to the next row. Continue to knit with half-columns according to the principle of one loop 2. Then another row with the addition of loops. Then one with the same number of half-columns as in the previous one. Now start shrinking the loops. This will gradually create a raised button.
Step 4
Tie a button for your piece on the mold. To do this, take a button, measure it, and then start knitting. Knit as in the previous step, only up to the level while adding loops. You need to add them until your knitting reaches the contours of the base button. Then you can subtract. Reduce the loops more often, because your knitted blank should fit snugly against the base. Close knitting. Your button is ready!
Step 5
Decor elements will help to add originality to your homemade buttons. Beads, rhinestones, small stones, ribbons are useful for decoration. Do not be afraid to experiment, and then you will get a unique decoration for your thing. The main rule is to select these decorative elements based on what product you want to use these buttons for. Indeed, in the aggregate, they should complement the image, working harmoniously in it.
