Step 1
Together with your partner or partner, analyze what personal qualities and skills are needed to win this competition. If we are talking about a competition for the most romantic couple on a dating site, the winning couple must surely have an unforgettable dating history, love each other dearly and make romantic surprises for each other. If we mean a dance competition, information about the dance experience, won competitions, master classes passed will be of great importance. When you decide on the key selection criteria, write them down under the numbers.
Step 2
Discuss with your partner or partner each of the points that apply to your couple. Make up several sentences for each of the criteria you have identified. Your self-presentation should be an answer to the question: "Why is this couple worthy of winning this competition?" Emphasize those points that you really meet, describe your achievements in more detail. And if there are moments in which you are probably inferior to competitors, tell us about them in general terms.
Step 3
Add zest! The preliminary selection of any competition, as a rule, is passed by those people who are remembered, stood out from the crowd. Bet on exclusive. Talk with your partner about what makes you special. Maybe you are very similar to each other in appearance or, on the contrary, are you the complete opposite of each other? Maybe you were born on the same day or do your names start with one letter? Anything can become a "chip"! Choose a few striking features to include on your resume.

Select illustrations. Looking at each of your photos (or watching videos), write down a few adjectives that you associate with the picture. Compare the result with the text you wrote. Select for your presentation those pictures or videos that best reflect the essence of your presentation. Also, make sure that at least one photo shows your faces in close-ups, in good quality. If the photo will be published somewhere or you plan to be filmed on television - a high-quality photo, where the faces will be clearly visible, is a must!
Step 5
Check the resulting presentation, correct mistakes, work on the wording. Before sending a description of your couple to the competition, invite your friends and acquaintances to evaluate the result. Be attentive to criticism, if you deem it necessary - make the necessary corrections.
