Many cartoon characters become popular over time. It happened with Phineas and Ferb. A kind of film with drawn characters is interesting even for an adult audience.

Step 1
Multiple views of the cartoon episodes leave vivid images of cartoon people in the imagination. Characters drawn from memory will very quickly appear on a sheet of paper. If you have forgotten some of the details, you need to use a freeze frame from an animated film or just a picture with characters. Phineas and Ferb are quite popular modern heroes.
Step 2
The figures of the cartoon characters are angular. For the Ferb shape, draw a rectangle, divide it in two. One part of them will be the basis for the future head, and the other for Ferb's body. To depict Phineas, take a rectangle as a basis, to which draw a triangle on top - the basis for the hero's head. Moreover, the triangle should abut against the rectangle with an acute angle. It is also worth considering the growth of cartoon characters: Ferb is taller than Phineas, so the basis for sketching Ferb's body should be higher on your sheet.
Step 3
Move on to details, or rather to body parts. Draw Ferb's head, as already noted, in the form of a rectangle, drawing a nose to it, in the form of the same rectangle. But Phineas' head is a real triangle. Just its corner will be Phineas's nose. Add arms and legs to the action figures, and hair to the head. The hair of the heroes is depicted with pointed angles. Draw round bulging eyes for both.
Step 4
Draw the clothes of your favorite characters. Put on Phineas in a striped T-shirt and short shorts. And Forb dress up in a shirt and high-rise pants. Trace the contours more clearly and erase unnecessary lines.
Step 5
Make the figures of your favorite cartoon characters brighter. To do this, paint them in the appropriate color scheme using colored pencils. An idealist by nature, not used to being bored Phineas is a character with red hair. Ferb, more silent and hardworking, has green hair.
