They are also beautiful and original. The dried bouquet will become a real decoration of your home and will constantly remind you of summer time. I also want to save the bouquet when the memory of the flower giver is dear to us.

Step 1
Most flowers can be dried, except for those with thin and delicate flower petals. Narcissus, peony are difficult to air dry.
Step 2
To dry flowers, harvest them in dry weather during the day when there is no morning dew.
Step 3
Hang plants with inflorescences, collected in small bunches, with their heads down. For good air circulation around the flowers, the bundles should be loosely tied. In a loose bouquet, flowers are not deformed.
Step 4
Plants such as immortelle, hydrangea, lunar put in a vase. There should be some water in it. Do not add more water. The flowers will drink it and gradually dry out.
Step 5
Avoid placing flowers in sunlight or near heating appliances. Excessive drying will cause the plant to crumble. Flowers when properly dried should stay strong.
You can spread the flowers on a horizontal surface so that the inflorescences do not wrinkle.
Step 6
Sprinkle spikelets with seed pods with hairspray. Then the boxes will not crack.
Step 7
Dry flowers in a dark, dry, well-ventilated area. In such conditions, they will dry out in a week.
Step 8
An interesting glycerin method for drying flowers. It is suitable for plants with dense foliage. Glycerin permeates the flower, gradually displacing water from it. The plant becomes pliable and glossy. This drying method takes 2 weeks. Pour 1 part glycerin and 2 parts hot water into any container. Cut the stem at an angle and knead it. Dip the plants into the solution and place them in a cool, dark place. Add solution if necessary. Wipe off fogging leaves immediately. Finished leaves acquire a gloss.
Step 9
With the help of silica gel (silica powder), you can dry more delicate flowers - peonies, daffodils, buttercups. To do this, pour silica powder into the box. Gently place the flowers (roses - head up). Carefully pour the powder with a spoon or through a sieve. Try not to damage the petals. Close the box tightly. Check flowers every day. It is important not to overdry! The finished flowers are similar to paper flowers, but strong enough. Reuse the powder if desired.
Step 10
Flowers can also be dried with paraffin wax. Melt the paraffin wax and wet the brush and paint over each petal. The movement of the brush is from the top to the core of the bud. Let it dry and move on to the next one. Almost any flower can be saved this way.
Step 11
Place dry bouquets in wooden vases, clay vessels, wicker baskets.
