If you have a summer cottage with fruit trees and shrubs, you probably cut off the dead branches and throw them away. From such branches, you can make the basis for this summer decor.
So, actually thin branches, white paint, artificial flowers, silk cord in order to hang the finished wreath, thin wire.
1. Gather the longest, but not the thickest, branches cut from a tree or bush. Dry them.
Helpful hint: it is better to dry the branches folded into a circle of the desired radius, since dry branches are more difficult to roll - they can break, rather than bend.
2. Collect the base of the wreath from the branches. Secure them together with wire.
3. Paint the branch wreath with white paint. This can be done both in the traditional way (using oil paint, carefully applying it with a brush), or using a spray paint can. In the second case, do not forget to cover everything around with newspapers or plastic wrap so as not to paint what you did not plan.
4. Wire several artificial flowers of different sizes to the base of the wreath. Choose pastel-colored roses or peonies for a shabby chic wreath, just like in the photo. If you were planning to create a brighter wreath, then buy flowers in different shapes and colors.
