DIY jewelry can look very beautiful. Try making this simple faux pearl necklace yourself and see your creativity!
To make such a necklace, you will need two shades of artificial pearls, jewelry wire, small round-nose pliers, scissors or wire cutters, decorative spikes, a bead snap fastener, small rings for jewelry, glue. The number of wires and beads may vary as it only depends on how long you want the necklace to be.
Please note that in the photo the pendants are made of pearls, the size of which is smaller than the one from which the main part of the necklace is collected. But do not blindly follow the pictures of the work, choose the size, material and color of the beads that you like.
1. Take one bead at a time, string it on the wire and use round-nose pliers to wrap the ends of the wire to get even rings (do not clamp the rings completely to easily connect the beads in the necklace).
2. Connect the beads to each other to make a necklace of the required length. Finish the string with a clasp.
3. To make pendants for a necklace, glue a piece of wire into a decorative spike and string a pearl on top. Tuck the tip of the wire with round nose pliers.
On a small metal ring, attach the resulting pendant with a spike. Connect the beads on the wire with the ring (three beads on each side).
Make three of these bead pendants and attach them to the necklace as shown in the photo.
Please note that instead of a thorn, you can take beads from other materials, crystals, metal pendants.
