Handkerchief toys or comforts in the form of bunnies, dogs, bears or elephants have become incredibly popular not only in Europe, but also in Russia. If you put this funny toy next to you while feeding the baby, and then leave it in the crib, then the baby falls asleep more easily and remains calm, feeling his mother's smell.

Instructions
Step 1
Transfer the comfort patterns using templates and a self-disappearing marker onto the fabric folded in half.
Step 2
Place the template of the bear's body strictly on the fold of the fabric.
Step 3
Cut out the following parts from plush and fabric with a pattern: head (2 plush parts in a mirror image), wedge (1 plush part), torso (1 plush part and 1 fabric part), ears (2 plush parts and 2 fabric parts). The seam allowances have already been taken into account in the patterns of 0.5 cm.
Step 4
Fold the plush and fabric torso with the right sides inward and pin them together. Stitch the details along the contour, leaving a hole 8-10 cm long in the center of the upper part.
Step 5
Fold the plush and fabric ear pieces right over and sew over the rounded section, leaving the bottom unstitched. Prepare your other ear as well.
Step 6
Trim seam allowances with zigzag scissors for better turning out of parts.
Step 7
Turn right out. Fill the corners of the handles and legs with a little synthetic balls.
Step 8
Use a needle and thread to hand-sew the corners and pull them together to form the feet.
Step 9
Fold the head details right sides in and pin them together with needles. Stitch from the nose of the toy to its neck (on the pattern from point A to point B).
Step 10
Insert a wedge between the details of the head. To do this, align point A on the wedge with points A on the head (toy nose) and sew from the nose (point A) through the back of the head to the other side to the neck (point B).
Step 11
Turn the blank out to the right side and stuff it tightly with synthetic balls.
Step 12
Sew the ears to the head of the toy by hand, after having sewn up the holes on them with a blind seam.
Step 13
Embroider the nose and eyes on the muzzle of black color in 2 additions.
Step 14
Sew the head to the body of the toy with a blind stitch.
Step 15
The handkerchief toy is ready.
