- - terry cloth
- -thin cotton fabric
- -wide elastic band
- Velcro
Instructions
Step 1
Robe size 44-46. Cut off a 142 x 90 cm rectangle from terry cloth. Find the middle of the cloth and attach a pin. From this point we measure 30 cm in both directions. Mark with a pencil.
Step 2
Cut off 50 cm of a wide elastic band. We fix one of its edges at the first point marked with a pencil, and the second edge at the second point. We attach along the upper edge, pulling the elastic band.
Step 3
We wrap the edge with the sewn elastic band inward and sew. You can topstitch the edge with several parallel stitches.
Step 4
Cut off long strips 20 cm wide from thin fabric. Sew them into a long strip. Smooth the seams. Iron the edges inward. We trim the bottom and sides of the terry rectangle with this strip.
Step 5
Cut off 15 cm of Velcro. We attach it, not forgetting to wrap the towel on ourselves in order to determine the places of its attachment.
Step 6
For the straps, cut off two strips of about 30 cm from the braid and sew them to the towel. To make it look neater, it is better to sew them by hand.
Step 7
For the pocket, cut out 2 rectangles 20 by 23 cm from a thin fabric. Attach to one braid. We sew both rectangles together with the front side inward. We leave a small hole. We turn it out, iron it out. We sweep it to the robe and attach it.
Step 8
To make a flower, we collect a strip of thin fabric on a thread and tighten it. The middle can be decorated with a bead. We sew a flower to a robe.
