It is necessary

  • - 300 g of yarn;
  • - the rest of the yarn in a contrasting color for finishing;
  • - straight needles number 2;
  • - circular needles number 2;
  • - a needle with a large eye;
  • - 16 buttons.

Instructions

Step 1

Start knitting from the back leg. Cast on 32 stitches. Knit with a 1x1 3 cm elastic band. Add 12 stitches evenly in the last row (as a result, there should be 44 stitches on the knitting needles). Next, knit with the front stitch.

Step 2

On the right side, add one loop 11 times for the side bevels in each eighth row, at the same time add on the left - in each twelfth row, one loop 8 times (a total of 63 loops should be obtained on the needles).

Step 3

After 26 centimeters from the beginning of knitting, close for a crotch seam once 2 loops and once 1 loop in every second row. Remove the loops on the auxiliary knitting needle. Set aside knitting.

Step 4

Tie the second leg in the same way, but in a mirror image. Next, transfer the loops of both legs to the working knitting needles and knit 24 centimeters with the front stitch.

Step 5

Next, start tying the raglan line. To do this, subtract 2 loops on each side 12 times and 1 loop 24 times in every second row. Close all loops after 17 centimeters from the beginning of the raglan line.

Step 6

Begin to knit before in the same way as described in steps # 1-4. Then close 6 placket stitches on both sides once and continue to knit straight.

Step 7

For the raglan line, close on both sides, 24 cm from the beginning of the front, 6 times 2 loops and 17 times 1 loop in every second row. For the neckline, bind off the middle 17 sts, 11 centimeters from the start of the raglan line. Then knit each side separately.

Step 8

To make the neckline rounded, close 3 times 3 loops in every second row. After 14 cm from the beginning of the raglan line, close the remaining loops. Knit the other side symmetrically.

Step 9

For the sleeve, cast on 46 loops and knit 3 centimeters with 1x1 elastic. Add 14 loops in the last row (as a result, there should be 60 of them on the knitting needles). Next, knit with the front stitch.

Step 10

For sleeve bevels, add one stitch in every third row 17 times and 2 times, one in every second row.

Step 11

After 17 cm from the beginning of knitting, close the sleeves for the raglan line on the right side in every second row 6 times 2 loops and 23 times one at a time, and on the left simultaneously close 7 times 2 loops and 29 times one in every second row.

Step 12

After 14 cm from the beginning of the raglan line on the right side, close for the neck in every second row once 4 loops and 6 times 3 loops. Close all remaining loops after 17 centimeters from the beginning of the raglan.

Step 13

Type with a thread of a contrasting color on the circular knitting needles for the strips along the neck of the front of 63 loops, along the neck of the back - 33 loops and knit 2 centimeters with an elastic band 1x1. For the fastener strips, cast on 139 stitches and knit with an elastic band, make 8 fastening holes 16 stitches apart.

Step 14

Sew the strips to the front. Sew side and shoulder seams. Sew on the sleeves. Sew on flat buttons. The overalls for the newborn are ready.
