Step 1
So, before you start making, you need to decide what kind of ring you will make. It can be of two types: which wraps around the finger and ordinary - its end will be hidden. Why is it important to choose first? Because the length of the workpiece will depend on this.

Once you have decided on the shape of the ring, you need to choose the right cutlery with a beautiful handle. By the way, it will be very nice if the working material is made of silver.

Next, you need to measure the size of the finger on which the future jewelry will be worn. To do this, you need to wrap a strip of paper around it and make a note on it where the ends intersect. If you have chosen a ring that will wrap around your finger, then another 6 millimeters should be added to the resulting length, and if the usual one, then nothing should be added.
Step 4
Unfold the paper strip. To the dimensions indicated on it, you must cut off the handle of the cutlery. This can be done either with a metal cutter or with a simple hacksaw.
Step 5
Sandpaper the sharp edges of the workpiece, otherwise you will hurt yourself on them.
Step 6
It remains only to gently bend the product with pliers. The cutlery ring is ready!
