It is necessary
- To make a spear we need:
- - a handle from a shovel;
- - a sheet of metal with a thickness of about 5 mm;
- -scissors or hacksaw for metal;
- -wire;
- -saw;
- -file.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a medium sized shovel handle. On one side, with a saw, make a longitudinal cut 5 cm deep. This will be the hole for the spearhead.
Step 2
Now let's get down to the tip itself. To do this, take a sheet of metal and draw a spearhead in the form of an arrow with a pencil: a triangle about 10 cm high and about 8 cm wide (this will serve as the tip themselves), and a long segment extending from it equal to the hole on the handle (this will be a fastener with a handle).
Step 3
Now we connect our parts. Insert the tip into the hole that we made with the saw.
Step 4
To strengthen the tip, we wrap the handle with wire, pulling together the two sides of the hole. This is so that the tip does not fly out of the shovel handle.
