Step 1
Find out the repertoire of local theaters, visit the fresh exhibition. Surely in your city there are museums in which expositions change from time to time, and you have not yet looked into all of their corners. Go to the movies or play a movie at home that has been delayed until tomorrow. The old proven comedy can be guaranteed to lift the mood, and the classic melodrama can make even the convinced hilarious cry cry.
Step 2
Spend the evening with your family. Play board games with children that have been gathering dust on distant bookshelves for a long time. Build boats and simulate Pirates of the Caribbean-style naval battles in the bathtub. Have a long word competition or a big crossword puzzle with the whole family.

Have a romantic evening for two. Prepare your chosen one or darling an unusual dinner with an interesting menu, light candles, decorate the house with flowers. Spend some time on the rooftop or outdoor terrace under the stars, it's so cute and romantic!

Invite your friends for a picnic in a neighboring park, in a nearby suburb on the shore of a lake or river, cook barbecue and grill vegetables on the coals, or just take a walk in nature. Play badminton, volleyball, football. Have fun competitions or fly a kite into the sky. Actively resting in the fresh air, you saturate the body with oxygen, awaken a healthy appetite and get a powerful boost of vivacity and vitality.
Step 5
Equip yourself with a city map and go on a mini-journey through unknown central streets and quiet places. Bring your camera with you, then you can share with your friends the discoveries that you will surely make during the walk.

Spend the evening doing your favorite activity, which has long run out of time: get an embroidery kit or knitting needles, paint aluminum soldiers, decoupage an old vase, or put together a paper model of an airplane.

Reread a book that once made you cry or laugh, or enjoy a long-awaited novelty.

Go to the pool, spa, or fitness center. If this is not possible, visit the nearest playground. Surely there are horizontal bars and crossbars on it, and you can do some simple exercises, recharged with energy and increase your overall tone.
