Modern children are unlikely to be surprised by any toy. And, nevertheless, the soldiers, twisted by dad or older brother, made of wire, will definitely not go unnoticed and will delight any spoiled child. Cast as many wires of various colors as possible with a non-braided copper core inside. You are unlikely to limit yourself to one soldier, so please be patient and have the necessary materials. If you have phone cables lying around, these are the best fit.
Instructions
Step 1
Think over the shape of your future soldier, choose a wire of the appropriate color.
Step 2
Twist a knot from two 16 cm long wires. Let the upper wire be light - these are the hands. The lower one is dark - legs and boots.
Step 3
From one of the light ends of the wire, knot and loop the head, and wrap the “neck” with the second (Hands should be the same length and “look” in different directions). You have already formed the basis of the soldier. Bend his arms at the elbows, at the knees - legs, wrap the hands slightly and form drop-shaped feet on the legs. The man must be stable.
Step 4
Take the wire of the color that you have provided for making a soldier's uniform. Twist the jacket onto the little man: leave an indent on the wire handle and start winding the "clothes" just above the soldier's elbow. Having reached the "armpit", make through loops through the "belly" of the soldier and around the neck (this will be the collar). Continue wrapping around the other arm. Wrap the soldier's stomach with wire of the same color as on the sleeves, move from bottom to top. The jacket is ready.
Step 5
It is worth noting that if you want to make, for example, a sailor, then a one-color piece of wire will not do. Wrap, alternately changing color, white and blue wire on the soldier's hand. The winding technology is the same, except that on the man's neck there will be not one wire, as a gate, but two.
Step 6
Screw on your legs either black (from bottom to top), or, in separate pieces, wire of various colors. Wrap camouflage trousers, changing the colored wires, and try to make the "spots" not symmetrical.
Step 7
From a wire 5-8 cm long, using only 2-3 turns and a loop, make a cap for a soldier. Twist the headdress immediately on the man's head.
Step 8
If the soldier seems too thin and not athletic, add wire wraps to bump your character.
Step 9
All from the same wire, make various weapons and equipment: binoculars, a backpack, a bulletproof vest or a bag. In order for your soldier to hold something in his hands, instead of fists, wind him with a loop or hook.
