We take a ready-made postcard template. If you do not have it, then you can make it from beautiful colored cardboard with a density of 200 g / m2. We measure the desired format, bend and align the edges. The template is ready. This time, let's take a finished red matte postcard with an envelope. You can purchase paper, cardboard, templates in any specialized scrapbooking department, or in a large stationery store with an extended range.
Step 2
Now we will fill in our future postcard. We use several layers of different colors and textures. In order to add volume, each new element will be glued to double-sided foam tape. It will add visual texture to the postcard. The edges of one of the elements can be processed with curly scissors. In general, the edges can be straight or curly. It is better not to make them too delicate, otherwise, instead of strict, we will get a playful and flirty postcard.
Step 3
A postcard for a respectable man, therefore, we will designate the center of the postcard with elements of a man's wardrobe: a classic jacket, tie, watch. The decorative red background will contrast with the complementary black background and echo the main background of the card.
Step 4
The postcard is almost ready, it remains to add the text. Congratulations, wishes for happiness and love. White contour decals add subtle contrast, while silver wavy borders add accents. The main inscription "Happy Birthday" is placed in the bottom center. Add another inscription symmetrically to it and the line of the main element. The rest are in no particular order. Inside, you can print and paste any text with congratulations if you wish. Our postcard will be an envelope for money, so we will simply decorate the front of the postcard with pleasant words.
