Alexey Shevchenkov is a Russian theater and film actor from the Kaliningrad region.
Before career
Alexey Shevchenkov was born on November 2, 1974 in the small town of Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad Region. Alexei was born in a simple family, where none of the actors and even closely associated with the stage was not. Shevchenkov played football well, and when he was 13 years old, he visited the capital of Russia, where he entered the sports section and started playing football.
Moscow did not greatly inspire the future actor, because after a while Shevchenkov returned home to the Kaliningrad region.
Alexey Shevchenkov was making progress in football. The Polish football club offered him a contract to play in the club as a defender. And everything would have worked out if it had not been for the change of coach. The new coach did not approve this contract, and Shevchenkov did not join the club. On this Shevchenkov finished with sports.
Actor's career
In 1992, Alexey Shevchenkov went to St. Petersburg and entered LGITMiK. After graduating without hindrance, the future actor again went to Moscow.
Even in his early years, Alexey performed on stage, and he did it well. He made his debut in the performances The Taming of the Shrew and The Planet of Love.
The first offer to appear on the screen came to Alexei in the 1990s. For the first time the actor appeared on TV in 1993 in the melodrama "You are the only one", playing the role of a student. Then he took part in the filming of "Three stories" and "Hobbies". In 1996, he received an offer from Mark Rozovsky to play in his theater. Shevchenkov returned to Moscow, but he began to play not in the theater of Mark, but in the theater of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, who allowed his actors to play in the cinema, and this was very important for Alexei.
Alexey's proposals to act in films never ceased to appear, and the actor accepted them with pleasure. Dzhigarkhanyan strongly disliked this. In 2009, Shevchenkov left the Armen Theater with a scandal because of the director's jealousy.

Currently, Alexey Shevchenkov continues to build his career as an actor. Work is underway, and to date he has come close to the number of hundreds of roles played. Although not all roles are key in the film, they are well remembered thanks to the skill of Shevchenkov, and in 2013 he received the Silver George prize for his work in the film Judas.

Now the actor is in a strong family with his wife Olga Shevchenkova, with whom he was in love. The couple have children - Varvara and Vasilisa. Now Olga continues to work in the troupe of the theater of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan and is not going to leave there.
