Make up an organizing committee that will deal with such tasks as determining the budget of the festival, preparing and holding the event, registering and accommodating participants, arranging the site where the festival will be held, and ensuring security.

Finances play an important role in preparing for the festival. Before you start looking for money, make an estimate in which you describe in detail what your funds will be spent on and how much. After that, start looking for sponsors, calculate the approximate cost of the registration fee for participants and the cost of tickets for visitors. Information support is of great importance. It is the mass media that will help inform people about your festival. Order several articles in newspapers, advertise on radio, television. Pay attention to outdoor advertising - post colorful posters around the city.
