Short biography and family
Was born on January 1, 1964 in the city of Kiev, in the capital of Ukraine. Andrey's father was a shipbuilding engineer. He worked at the Leninskaya Kuznya plant, where he held the position of head of the design bureau engaged in the design of fishing trawlers.

Andriy Sereda and his group do not hide their cooperation with Ukrainian nationalist parties such as UNA-UNSO, VO “Svoboda” and Right Sector. He also tried to perform on the Maidan in 2004, but Taras Hrymalyuk (director of cultural events in support of Viktor Yushchenko) refused him, calling him a provocateur.
In 2005 he received the UNA-UNSO Desert Cross Order. In 2011 he was seen in a scandal. At a meeting with delegates of the VO "Svoboda" Andrei Sereda shouted Nazi greetings.
Personal life
He married 18-year-old girl Svetlana in 1988. A year later, the couple had a son, Alexander. Andrei's wife was educated at the Institute of Public Services, and worked for a long time in the housing office.
