Oksana Vladimirovna Bilozir was born on May 30, 1957 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the urban-type settlement Smyga, which was located on the territory of the Rivne region. My father worked as an engineer at a vegetable processing plant. Mother taught geography at school. The girl grew up in a calm and friendly environment. She was loved, but not pampered and prepared for adulthood. Oksana always tried to help her mother with household chores and chores.
