In various techniques of needlework, you can create not only clothes, accessories and jewelry, but also volumetric toys, and the technique of weaving from beads is no exception to this rule. If you have beads of several colors, a needle and fishing line with a diameter of 0, 12-0, 17 mm, you can weave a volumetric beaded toy. Also for work you will need cotton wool for stuffing the toy and sharp scissors.
Instructions
Step 1
To weave a doggie from beads, weave two halves of its body separately. You can weave the body completely in one color, or you can make the dog in two colors. Begin to weave the details of the body from the spout, typing four beads on the fishing line.
Step 2
In the fourth bead, cross the ends of the fishing line, securing them. Then weave a second cross and turn the weave to the left. Cross the ends in black beads, which will act as an eye. Then turn right in the third cross and left in the fourth.
Step 3
From two crosses, woven in a straight line, you get an ear. In order to weave a leg, connect eight crosses in a single chain. In this way, braid the front and back legs and secure the line.
Step 4
Make two halves of the doggy shape from the crosses of the beads, and then separately weave the tail from two crosses. Lay both torso pieces on top of each other and intertwine them with the end of the fishing line using connecting beads. Stuff the figurine with cotton wool and secure the fishing line.
Step 5
By the same principle, you can weave a three-dimensional figure of any other animal - for example, a sheep, whose body also consists of two halves. For weaving a lamb, prepare white, red, yellow and black beads.
Step 6
Weave horns for a sheep from yellow beads, and from black beads weave hooves and eyes. Slightly modify the shape of the weave - the shape of a lamb is different from that of a dog. In the same way as in the previous method, at the end of weaving, connect the two halves of the sheep's body and begin to connect them using connecting beads and fishing line, simultaneously stuffing the figure with cotton wool.
